Breathe, move imagine.....
Welcome to Seashells Stretch and Move – Port Fairy’s home for children’s yoga, mindfulness, and joyful movement. Our classes are designed to help kids connect with their bodies, their breath, and their imaginations. Through playful poses, calming techniques, stories, and creative movement, children learn confidence, resilience, and body awareness in a nurturing and supportive environment. Every session invites children to explore, laugh, and grow while gaining tools that benefit them both on and off the mat.

About me
Hello, my name is Tracey and I’m the heart behind Seashells Stretch and Move. I’m a dedicated children’s and yin yoga teacher with a deep passion for helping kids feel confident, calm, and connected through movement and mindfulness. My teaching style is warm, creative, and child centred based in the belief that every child deserves a safe and joyful space to explore who they are.
My yoga teaching journey began in 2019 when I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Social. From there, my curiosity led me deeper into the world of yin and children’s yoga. In 2021, I completed Level 1 Yin Yoga Fundamentals (60 hours) with Leonie Lockwood Yoga. In 2022, I focused on building strong skills for working with young people through Children’s Yoga Teacher Training (25 hours) and Advanced Children’s Yoga Teacher Training (25 hours) with Zenergy Yoga.
Before relocating to Port Fairy, I spent several years immersed in the vibrant community of Ballan, Victoria. I ran a yoga studio from 2021 to 2022 and taught children’s yoga through the Moorabool Shire Library from 2022 to 2023, including the playful Pretzels Yoga program for 3–5 year olds. I’ve also taught yoga for teens and tweens during school holiday programs and facilitated creative and engaging workshops through the Ballan Neighbourhood House. These experiences have shaped a teaching style that blends imagination, empathy, creativity, and a deep respect for each child’s unique needs.
Now, through Seashells Stretch and Move, I’m excited to offer classes that help children build confidence, resilience and emotional awareness.
