How do I book and pay for classes?

Payment for classes can be made by booking through the Seashells Stretch and Move website by credit card.
Classes must be made paid for in advance and to secure a spot in the class. Numbers are limited.
We are unable to accept cash payments for classes.

What happens if we need to cancel or my child is unwell and can't attend?

When a class pass is purchased online, Seashells Stretch and Move does not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address etc.
A class pass cannot be swapped for another student or extended to another date.

What else do I need to know about these classes?

Seashells Stretch and Move yoga classes are designed for 4-12 year olds. There are classes allocated for a variety of age groups.

We maintain a fun and positive and inclusive environment in our classes. Please let us know if there are any special requirements or needs for your child/children so we can modify class directions accordingly.

We have some yoga mats available, if your child/children don't have a yoga mat. It is recommended, similar to an adult yoga class, that students bring their own water bottle and towel.

For safety reasons, socks and shoes will be removed before the class so students don't slip and fall.

It is best to arrive a little early as to set students up with mats and a space in the class.

To allow movement during the class we recommend that students wear comfortable and breathable clothing.

Parents are welcome to assist students with mat set up, removal of shoes and socks and then return after the class to collect their child/children.

Classes will start on time and last 45 minutes.

Students that are unwell or have contagious infections will not be permitted to attend classes to protect the health and wellbeing of the rest of the class.

Liability waiver

When booking a class for your child/children, you agree that neither Seashells Stretch and Move or any associated body will be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage to the student, or to the property of the student whatsoever arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

Seashells Stretch and Move will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However due to circumstances beyond our control, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice. If the class is cancelled by Seashells Stretch and Move a full refund will be provided.

Safety

Students will be given clear instructions regarding safety with clear instructions about modifications where appropriate.
Students will be supervised during the classes.
